We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and results-oriented, with a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
Lead and manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Oversee branding, content, advertising, and social media efforts
Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize performance
Manage and mentor the marketing team
Collaborate with sales and management teams to achieve business goals
Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports
Manage budgets and ensure effective allocation of marketing resources

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, with leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand strategy
Excellent communication and project management skills
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
