Role Overview
Are you a go-getter with a passion for sales? Vista Computers is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Assistant to help us expand our footprint across Bahrain. You won’t just be sitting behind a desk; you will be the face of our brand, visiting potential corporate clients, building relationships, and closing deals for our office stationery and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Actively scout for new B2B clients (offices, schools, clinics, and construction sites).
• Cold Calling & Outreach: Follow up on leads via phone and WhatsApp to book introductory meetings.
• Field Visits: Conduct "5-minute" introductory visits to hand out brochures and collect office requirements.
• Quotation Management: Prepare accurate competitive quotes using our price lists and follow up until the deal is closed.
• Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat monthly orders.
• Market Feedback: Report on competitor pricing and new products requested by clients.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales (experience in the Bahrain stationery or IT market is a major plus).
• Communication: Good English Speaking
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel (for quotes), and basic CRM tools.
• Transport: Must have a valid Bahraini Driving License and a personal vehicle.
What We Offer
• Competitive base salary + commission
• Fuel allowance for field visits.
Salary: BD 250
Commission: 2% of net sales and 5BHD for every new customer that places an order above BHD 50
