We are hiring a Pastry Commis 2 / Commis 3 to join a Bahraini dessert restaurant in Bahrain.
The role is suitable for someone with basic pastry or bakery experience who can support daily dessert production and follow recipes.
Job Roles:
• Assist in preparing Bahraini sweets, desserts, cakes, cookies, and bakery items
• Prepare ingredients, fillings, creams, doughs, and toppings
• Follow recipes and preparation instructions accurately
• Support baking, assembling, portioning, and decorating desserts
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic
• Help with daily production, packing, and stock organization
• Reduce wastage and handle ingredients carefully

Required Skills:
• Previous experience in pastry, bakery, desserts, or sweets production
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Good organization and time management
• Willing to learn Bahraini dessert preparation
• Able to work as part of a team
• Candidates currently in Bahrain are preferred

Salary: BD 250–300 depending on experience

• تقليل الهدر والتعامل مع المكونات بعناية

المهارات المطلوبة:
• خبرة سابقة في الحلويات، المخبوزات، أو إنتاج الحلويات
• القدرة على اتباع الوصفات والتعليمات
• معرفة أساسية بالنظافة وسلامة الغذاء
• التنظيم وإدارة الوقت
• الرغبة في تعلم تحضير الحلويات البحرينية
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق
• يفضل أن يكون المتقدم موجودًا في البحرين

الراتب:
250 – 300 دينار بحريني حسب الخبرة
