Description

Key Responsibilities
. Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions
. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
. Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries
. Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on payments
. Reconcile bank accounts and company statements
. Prepare monthly financial reports and account summaries
. Manage rent collection records and tenant accounts
. Track property expenses, maintenance costs, and utility payments
. Coordinate with management regarding budgets and financial planning
. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and contracts
. Assist with VAT, audit, and compliance requirements
. Prepare supplier payments and monitor due dates
. Handle petty cash and expense verification
. Support management with financial analysis and reporting

Requirements
. Experience in real estate accounting preferred
. Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
. Good communication and organizational skills
. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
. Knowledge of Bahrain accounting procedures is an advantage
. Minimum 2 years experience preferred

. Daily transaction entry
. Customer and supplier account management
. Rent and lease payment tracking
. Financial reporting
. Bank reconciliation
. Credit control and collection follow-up
. Document management and filing
. Coordination with management and operations team
