Description

We are seeking a motivated Office Administrator with prior experience in construction companies within the GCC. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

LMRA visa processing and related documentation

Basic accounting and record keeping

Preparing quotations and related commercial documents

Coordinating project activities and assisting project teams

Managing office tasks using MS Office applications

Requirements:

Prior experience in office administration within construction companies (GCC experience preferred)

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Compensation:

Salary range BD 200–250
