Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate for the position of Sales Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and sales reports
• Handle procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
• Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory records
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and shipment schedules
• Ensure proper documentation for stores, procurement, and logistics activities
• Follow up with customers and suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and procurement transactions
• Support management with operational and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in: Sales Coordination, Stores Management, Logistics and Procurement
• Preferably from FMCG industry
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
