We are hiring Sales Representative ( With HVAC Background ) for an leading contracting company in Bahrain.


Salary : 300 - 400 BD
Duty Hours : 8 Hours / 26 days
Benefits : Car and petrol allowance will be provided by the company


Core Duties and Responsibilities :
Sales Generation & Growth: Actively prospect for new residential or commercial clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to drive revenue growth.
In-Home/Site Consultations: Visit customer locations to assess existing HVAC systems, measure spaces, and identify issues with comfort, air quality, or energy efficiency.
System Design & Estimation: Utilize HVAC knowledge to design appropriate systems, create accurate job proposals, and prepare detailed cost estimates for equipment, labor, and materials.
Technical Sales Presentations: Explain complex systems (e.g., heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, VRF systems) in simple terms, presenting tailored solutions that meet budget constraints.
Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, financing options, and service contracts to close deals and meet company sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build lasting relationships to secure repeat business, addressing concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with Technical Teams: Coordinate with installation technicians and service departments to ensure seamless project delivery and proper installation.
Following Up: Conduct post-sale follow-ups to verify that installation and service met expectations.
