Description

We are looking for a Workshop and Accounts Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations, support staff, maintain records, and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative operations of the workshop
Maintain job cards, service records, and workshop documentation
Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and customers regarding workshop activities
Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
Handle data entry, filing, and inventory records
Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions

Requirements

Experience in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Good communication skills
Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage

Male or female can apply
Freshers preferred
Indians only preferred
