We are hiring site supervisor for an reputed company in Bahrain

Duty Hours : 8 Hours / 26 Days

Core Duties and Responsibilities
Safety Enforcement: Conduct daily safety briefings, inspect sites for hazards, and ensure compliance with health and safety laws.
Operational Management: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work adheres to blueprints, schedules, and specifications.
Team Supervision: Assign tasks to workers and subcontractors, monitor performance, and provide training to new hires.
Material and Equipment Management: Order and track raw materials to prevent shortages; coordinate equipment maintenance.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain daily logs of progress, attendance, and incidents, filing reports with Project Managers.
Communication: Liaison between project management, subcontractors, and clients to solve on-site issues promptly.
Quality Control: Inspect work in progress to ensure it meets quality standards and building codes.
