Test water chemistry; balance chemicals per guidelines and local regulations; log readings and dosing
Brush walls/tiles, vacuum, skim debris; clean skimmer/pump baskets and pool sweeps
Backwash/clean filters (cartridge, DE, sand); inspect and maintain pumps, heaters, chlorinators, and automation
Identify issues (leaks, circulation, equipment faults); perform minor repairs or escalate with estimates
Open/close pools seasonally; shock treatments; algae remediation and storm cleanups
Maintain vehicle, tools, and chemical inventory; follow PPE and HAZMAT handling procedures
Plan daily route; ensure on-time arrivals; capture photos/notes in service app; collect client signatures as needed
Communicate findings, recommendations, and upsell maintenance/repair packages appropriately
Adhere to safety, environmental, and company SOPs; keep job sites tidy and secure
