WE ARE HIRING – HEAD DECORATOR

Job Requirements:
* Minimum 5-10 year experance
• Ability to handle and manage the decoration department independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Creative mindset with excellent artistic ability
• Leadership qualities with team handling experience
• Reliable, responsible, and hardworking personality
• Experience in pricing decorations according to design and style
• Styro cutting and shaping capability
• Good handwriting and presentation skills
• Ability to create unique and trendy decoration concepts
• Experience in cake, dessert, or event decoration is an advantage
• Attention to detail and finishing quality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of color combinations and design aesthetics
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Flexible and able to manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
