Description

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Supervise and support outlet cashiers during shifts.
Ensure proper operation of POS systems and troubleshoot minor issues.
Prepare daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and closing reports.
Monitor cash shortages, overages, and discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Coordinate with accounting and finance departments regarding revenue reports.
Ensure all company revenue is handled securely and responsibly.
Verify invoices, bills, discounts, voids, and refunds according to company policy.
Maintain proper petty cash and float management.
Train new cashiers on cashiering procedures and customer service standards.
Ensure excellent guest service and professional communication with customers.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Support outlet managers in operational and administrative tasks.
