Description

We are hiring Project Supervisor for an leading manufacturing company in Bahrain


Salary : Negotiable
Duty hours : 8 hours / 26 Days
Experience minimum (5-8) years is mandatory



KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To interact with the CAC Project Engineers for their site execution requirements which includes work force allocation & material arrangement.
2. Based on the requirement, to study & verify the scope of work from execution point of view & prepare a weekly schedule.
3. Get the execution schedule approved by the Project Manager.
4. If there are, any changes required then to discuss the same with the project manager prior to the work commencement.
5. Prepare material requisition to Stores & ensure that, required material arranged well in advance.
6. To allocate appropriate technician to execute the planned activities.
7. To ensure that, the designated teams are dispatched on time for the day.
8. To periodically check the work progress & ensure that the targeted work executed on the same day.
9. In the event, when the extra hours are required to compete the task, then an over-time request has to be made well in advance to the Project Manager in coordination with the concern Project Engineer for the approval.
10. Prepare a weekly works program based on engineer’s demands.
11. Ensure that, the technician has understood their scope of work & their daily targets.
12. To make sure that the work quality is maintain at all levels.
13. In the event when field technician/Project Engineer needs any kind of technical support then the same has to be provided immediately.
14. To have ability to carry out the trouble shooting of the AC units which includes Refrigerant side (Mechanical part), electrical side & electronics communication side.
15. To prepare quotations for the complaint service calls, which are under 1 year, warranty period & get their approval from the client prior to execution of work.
16. Once the warranty call executed to prepare the billing & submit it to the customer for the payment.
17. To have inter departmental coordination for the any technical requirement
18. To prepare the testing & commissioning reports once the project is completed.
19. To make sure that, the execution work is running as per what it was planned for. In the event if the work is moving out of the track for any reasons, then the analysis of the same to be done with the project team & corrective actions to be taken. Reporting to be done to the higher management
20. Ensuring compliance to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment guidelines and procedures in areas related to his job
21. The candidate should have minimum 8 years’ experience in the above-mentioned field.
