Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology (Bachelor of Science in Biology) or a related field
• Teaching qualification (B.Ed. – Bachelor of Education) or equivalent
• Additional certifications in science education or laboratory safety are an advantage

Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Bahrain (preferred)
• Experience teaching school students (primary, middle, or secondary levels)
• Familiarity with the British Curriculum ________________________________________
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Conduct and supervise laboratory experiments safely and effectively
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Encourage scientific thinking, inquiry, and curiosity among students
• Communicate regularly with parents and school administration

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong subject knowledge in Biology
• Ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly
• Classroom management and student engagement skills
• Familiarity with lab equipment and safety procedures
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart boards
