We are hiring Electrician cum motor repair technician for an leading contracting company in Bahrain.


Salary : 150 - 300 BD + Overtime
Duty Hours : 9 Hours / 26 Days
Benefits : Accommodation & transportation provided by the company

Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesMotor Repair and Maintenance:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical motors (AC/DC), generators, pumps, and gearboxes.Perform overhaul tasks such as rewinding (basic or advanced), replacing bearings, fixing commutators, and balancing rotors.Test motor performance, including insulation resistance (megger testing), current measurement, and voltage checks.Electrical System Installation & Repair:Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, lighting systems, switchboards, and distribution boards (DBs).Replace faulty components such as fuses, circuit breakers (MCBs/MCCBs), contactors, and relays.Lay cabling and terminate connections for equipment and industrial machinery.Troubleshooting and Diagnostic:Use diagnostic tools like multimeters, clamp meters, and megohmmeter testers to locate electrical faults.Analyze motor failures (e.g., overheating, short circuits, low efficiency) to determine root causes.
