Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Actively engage customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable luggage products, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Product Demonstration: Clearly explain product features, specifications, and benefits (e.g., durability, weight, locking mechanisms).
• Merchandising: Maintain the brand image by ensuring attractive product displays, proper stock replenishment, and cleanliness on the sales floor.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Reporting: Track and report daily sales figures and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Experience: Mandatory previous experience in retail sales or as a promoter.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a confident, enthusiastic personality.
• Languages: Good command of English is required; Arabic proficiency is considered an advantage.
• Attitude: Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and presentable.
• Availability: Willingness to work in a retail store environment, often requiring flexible hours.
