Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive "Document Clearance Agent/Officer" to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Bahrain’s labor laws and government portals, bridging the gap between talent acquisition and administrative compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

Government Portals: Handle end-to-end processing on LMRA, NPRA, SIO, and iGA (Smart Card/CPR) sites.
Visa Processing: Manage new work permits, renewals, residency stickers, and family visa applications.
Commercial Registration (CR): Assist with CR renewals, amendments, and Ministry of Industry & Commerce (MOIC) requirements.
Document Attestation: Manage the legalization of documents with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and relevant embassies.
Consultancy Support: Assist the recruitment team in aligning candidates with client requirements and ensuring all onboarding paperwork is compliant.


Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a PRO or Document Clearance Agent in Bahrain.
Deep knowledge of Bahraini Labor Law and current immigration regulations.
High proficiency in navigating the LMRA (EMS), SIO, and Bahrain.bh portals.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
Ability to handle high-pressure deadlines and "clearance" hurdles efficiently.
