Job Title: Site Supervisor
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and workforce
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports
Maintain quality control and safety compliance on site
Resolve any site issues or delays efficiently
Manage materials and ensure proper utilization
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction/fit-out projects
Good knowledge of civil, electrical, and plumbing works
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering (preferred)
Location: Bahrain
