Join Our Team as an IT Administrator / IT Manager

We are a leading large-scale hypermarket chain in the Kingdom of Bahrain, seeking an IT Manager or Administrator who have hands-on experience in hypermarket or large retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee daily operations of servers, networks, POS systems, CCTV, ERP, and all hardware/software used across hypermarket branches.
• System & Network Administration:
Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, networking devices, backups, and system monitoring to ensure maximum uptime.
• Retail Systems Support:
Provide technical support for POS systems, ERP platforms, inventory systems, and office applications, ensuring smooth store operations.
• Project & Vendor Management:
Lead IT projects including system upgrades, new store IT setups, migrations, and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Security & Compliance:
Ensure data security, access control, system integrity, and disaster recovery readiness across all IT systems.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide prompt technical assistance to head office and store teams, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration or IT management, preferably within hypermarket, supermarket, or large retail business.
• Strong experience with ERP systems
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking protocols, POS systems, and IT security practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and high-volume retail environments.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under operational pressure.
