Job Vacancy: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff

Ensure all rooms and common areas meet established cleanliness standards

Conduct routine inspections and maintain quality control

Train, mentor, and support housekeeping team members

Monitor inventory levels and manage housekeeping supplies

Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally


Requirements:

Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards
