About the Role
We are looking for a self-driven, energetic Van Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for driving a company-owned van, stocking products, and selling directly to retail accounts (grocery stores, convenience stores along with our existing clients) This is a hands-on role that combines driving, merchandising, and relationship-based sales.

Key Responsibilities
Route Management: Drive a company van to service a designated daily route: load/unload products at each stop as required.

Direct Sales: Actively upsell new products, promotions, and displays to store owners and managers while on route.

Merchandising: Rotate shelves, build displays, ensure proper pricing, and remove damaged/outdated stock.

Inventory Control: Conduct daily van inventory checks and manage stock levels to minimize out-of-stocks.

Customer Service: Build strong relationships with existing accounts; resolve issues on the spot (credits, returns, delivery discrepancies).

Collections: It is advisable to make a payment to the company’s bank account but in some cases Collect payments (COD) and process invoices as required and most handover to office at the end of the day.

Reporting: Submit daily sales reports, mileage logs, and expense reports via mobile device

Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in route sales, merchandising, or food/Non-Food distribution preferred. Comfortable lifting up to [25] KG repeatedly and standing/walking for extended periods.

Basic math skills for invoicing and inventory counts.
Smartphone proficiency (email, apps, GPS).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Able to read and write and understand English, Arabic is an advantage.
