* Strong communication skills (English required)

* Well-presented and organized
* Ability to handle pressure and multitask
* Team player with attention to detail

📝 Responsibilities:

* Welcome and greet customers professionally
* Take accurate food and beverage orders
* Coordinate with kitchen and delivery team
* Handle dine-in, takeaway, and online orders
* Manage reception duties (calls, WhatsApp, bookings)
* Ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback
* Maintain cleanliness and service standards
