Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of sales processes, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Expatriates currently residing in Bahrain are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, and field visits
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems regularly
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (freshers with strong interest in sales may be considered)
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be currently based in Bahrain
Immediate joiners preferred
Valid work visa or transferable visa is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in B2B or retail sales is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools
