🌸 Florist / Floral Designer (Retail & Events) – Full-Time

📍 Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for a talented and passionate Florist / Floral Designer to join our team at Jude Flowers, a premium floral brand known for elegant arrangements, luxury gifting, and event styling.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

* Create fresh and artificial floral arrangements for daily orders and special occasions
* Design and execute floral setups for events (weddings, corporate events, private functions)
* Assist with event preparation, on-site setup, and breakdown
* Handle bouquet wrapping, styling, and presentation to brand standards
* Support visual merchandising and shop display
* Maintain freshness and proper care of flowers and plants

🌿 Requirements:

* Previous experience in floral design and event setups (highly preferred)
* Strong sense of creativity, styling, and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Willingness to work flexible hours for event setups
* Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
* Team player with a positive attitude
