1. Bakers (specializing in breads and laminated dough)
2. Pastry Chefs
. Hot Kitchen Chefs
4. Cold Kitchen Chefs
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Bakers (Bread & Laminated Dough):
1. Prepare and bake a variety of breads and laminated products (croissants, puff pastry, etc.)
2. Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
3. Monitor fermentation, proofing, and baking processes
4. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Pastry Chefs:
1. Create and present high-quality desserts and pastries
2. Develop new recipes and menu items
3. Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section
Hot Kitchen Chefs:
1. Prepare and cook hot dishes according to Arabic cuisine standards
2. Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation
3. Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation
4. Supervise junior staff when required
Cold Kitchen Chefs:
1. Prepare salads, mezze, and cold appetizers
2. Ensure freshness and proper presentation of dishes
3. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
4. Assist in menu preparation and plating
✅ Requirements:
1. Relevant experience in Arabic catering or hospitality
2. Strong teamwork and communication skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
