We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items when requested
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages efficiently and ensure all items meet quality standards
Check in with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
Process bills and handle payments accurately
Clean and reset tables after guests leave
Follow all restaurant hygiene and safety standards

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Offer: 250 BD inclusive of transport & housing allowance
