Job Descriptions:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marine industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and contractors.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in marine services, coatings, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of sandblasting, painting, and protective coating processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to shipyards, ports, and client sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
