Looking for Experienced Barista

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
Operate espresso machines and other equipment professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Take customer orders and handle payments if required.
Ensure stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies.
Follow company recipes and presentation standards.
Assist in opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of barista experience.
Knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
