We are hiring a young and motivated Office Assistant (Female) to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.


Responsibilities:

*Handle office administration and maintain proper documentation.

*Use MS Excel for data entry, records, and reports.

*Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently & professionally.

*Coordinate and handle staff-related matters.

*Provide administrative support to management.

*Maintain organized filing systems.


Required Skills:

• Knowledge in social media handling.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong computer skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi & Arabic.
