Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to support dentists in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist with clinical procedures, maintain sterilization standards, and ensure a smooth workflow within the dental clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Ensure proper infection control and hygiene standards
Prepare patients for treatment and provide chairside assistance
Take and develop dental X-rays (if licensed)
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting
Valid license or eligibility (as per local regulations)
Previous experience in a dental clinic preferred
Knowledge of dental procedures and instruments
Familiarity with infection control protocols
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
