Experience Required:

Nationality-Indian,Srilankan,

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
Previous experience as Captain Waiter preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to handle team supervision and shift operations.

Job Description:

Supervise and guide waiters during daily operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Take orders and assist guests with menu recommendations.
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service.
Train new staff on service standards and procedures.
Handle guest complaints professionally and report to management.
Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup in dining area.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
Support management in achieving sales and service targets.
