We Are Hiring: Plant Operation In-Charge
A leading company is looking for a qualified and experienced Plant Operation In-Charge to oversee and manage plant machinery and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily plant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all equipment
• Manage and coordinate plant operators and technicians
• Monitor equipment performance and productivity
• Ensure timely maintenance and reduce downtime
• Enforce safety standards and operational procedures
• Coordinate with project and site teams for equipment requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience in plant operations (construction/heavy equipment preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of machinery maintenance and safety standards
• Ability to handle multiple sites and priorities
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is an advantage
