Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and elegance
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
Escort guests to their tables and present menus
Maintain a smooth flow of guests while coordinating with service staff
Handle guest inquiries and special requests with discretion and care
Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and presentable

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or fine dining preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, polished appearance and professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
