Now Hiring: Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules
Oversee daily project execution and monitor performance
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring productivity and quality
Prepare regular reports and project updates

🔹 Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in project management (civil projects)
Previous experience as a Site Engineer is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
