Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MEP Technician to carry out maintenance, installation, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain, ready for immediate joining, and experienced in handling MEP systems in commercial, residential, or industrial environments. Knowledge of local safety regulations and standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems
Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local regulations
Read and interpret technical drawings and MEP layouts
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and service activities
Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams
Requirements
Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing-related field
Proven experience as an MEP Technician or similar role
Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing works
Familiarity with Bahrain maintenance standards and safety practices
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Physically fit and able to work in demanding conditions
Expatriate Requirements
Valid work visa or transferable visa within Bahrain
Experience working in the GCC region preferred
Knowledge of expatriate compliance procedures (visa, documentation, etc.)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in facilities management, construction, or hospitality sectors
Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing disciplines
Basic knowledge of building management systems (BMS) is an advantage
