Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a good understanding of Bahrain Labor Law. Preference will be given to candidates who are locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms
Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
Assist with offer preparation, onboarding, and documentation
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Familiarity with Bahrain Labor Law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms
Must be currently residing in Bahrain (Expatriate candidates preferred)
Ready for immediate joining

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in agency or in-house recruitment
