We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a QA/QC & HR Executive. The ideal candidate will oversee quality assurance and quality control processes while also managing HR functions to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:

QA/QC Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure product/service quality.
Identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Document and report quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with production and other departments to enhance quality processes.

HR Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
Assist in employee engagement, training, and development activities.
Support performance management and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
