Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist with onboarding activities and documentation
Stay updated on market trends and hiring practices in Bahrain
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Must be available to join immediately
