​Role Overview

​Al Lord Construction is seeking a skilled and versatile Construction Foreman to join our team for building and renovation projects. We need a leader who is "hands-on" and possesses a deep understanding of multiple construction trades.

​Technical Requirements
​Candidates must have proven experience supervising or performing the following:
​Masonry & Carpentry
​Painting (Professional finishing and color mixing)
​Plumbing & Pipe Fitting
​Gypsum (Jibson) board and ceiling installations
​General building maintenance and renovation works

​Qualifications
​GCC Experience: Mandatory experience working within the Gulf region.
​Local Hire: Must currently be in Bahrain and ready to join.
​Leadership: Strong ability to manage workers, track materials, and ensure high-quality finishing.
