Job description:
? Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
? Manage calls, guest inquiries, and front desk operations and direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
? Perform other clerical front office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
? Prepare the minutes of meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
? Schedule appointments for staff and executives.
? Process bills and assist clients with inquiries.
• 3–5 years of front desk/reception experience is a must.
• Looking for Filipino Nationality only
• Good personality with a presentable look and must have a good level of hospitality.
• Should have a very good level of verbal and written communication skills in English language.
