Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Window Tinting Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing window tint while ensuring a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply window film to vehicles in compliance with company standards.
- Prepare windows for tinting by cleaning and ensuring proper conditions.
- Verify and ensure proper installation techniques to avoid bubbles and imperfections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to window tinting.
- Report any inventory shortages or equipment needs to management.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in window tinting or a related automotive service field is a MUST.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform hands-on tasks for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
