We are an IT and ERP Solutions Company in Manama,Bahrain, looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales / Business Development Officer Filipina to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the implementation of ERP and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities
Conduct client meetings and presentations
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Graduate in Business, Commerce, IT, or related field
1–2 years of experience in sales / business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage

Preferred:

Candidates with strong English communication skills
Experience in customer-facing roles
