Position: Professional Arabic Pastry Maker
Location: Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce high-quality Arabic pastries, ensuring authenticity and consistency
Specialize in the preparation of traditional items such as Baklava, Basboosa, and Kunafa
Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards at all times
Monitor ingredient quality and manage stock efficiently
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets
Contribute to innovation and product development when required

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Arabic pastry maker or similar role
Strong expertise in preparing Baklava, Basboosa, and Kunafa
Good knowledge of traditional recipes and techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Professional, disciplined, and team-oriented approach
