Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Associate who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance with Bahrain labor law and handling expatriate employment procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination)
Support hiring processes for local and expatriate employees
Handle visa processing, renewals, and LMRA documentation for expatriates
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR correspondence
Ensure HR policies and processes comply with Bahrain Labor Law
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR databases
Assist in payroll inputs and employee benefits administration
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support HR audits and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in Bahrain or GCC)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law
Experience in handling expatriate processes (visa, work permits, LMRA)
Must be locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiner preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HR software / ATS systems
Knowledge of LMRA, SIO, and MOL procedures
Experience working in a multicultural environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
