Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in Bahrain, with a strong focus on real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be currently based in Bahrain or available for immediate relocation, with proven experience in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns. Real estate experience is a strong advantage. Expatriates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and services
Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns (social media, email, events, print, outdoor advertising)
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Conduct market research and analyze trends within Bahrain’s real estate sector
Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in achieving targets
Oversee content creation, including property listings, brochures, and promotional materials
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI using analytics tools
Organize property launches, open houses, and promotional events
Ensure compliance with local advertising regulations and company standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms, CRM systems)
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Familiarity with Bahrain/GCC market trends and consumer behavior
Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with real estate developers or property agencies
Strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns (especially property launches)
Multilingual skills
