About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable, structured, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to
support leadership within a fast-paced, multi-functional business environment.

This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The successful candidate will act as a
central coordination point across departments, supporting executive decision-making, driving
follow-ups, and ensuring operational alignment across the organization.

You will work closely with senior leadership and department heads, contributing directly to the
efficiency, communication, and execution of key business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the CEO in managing daily priorities, communications, and
strategic follow-ups.
- Coordinate across departments (Operations, Finance, F&B, Engineering, etc.) to ensure
alignment and timely execution.
- Draft high-level communications, including internal circulars, reports, and executive
correspondence.
- Track key business initiatives, KPIs, and action plans, ensuring accountability across
teams.
- Prepare structured reports, presentations, and summaries for executive review.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment with competing
deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone who is not only organized but also analytical, proactive, and confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow through independently and ensure task completion.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Comfortable preparing structured reports and trackers.
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity tools is an advantage.

Preferred Background:
- Experience in hospitality, corporate environments, or consulting is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
