Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support and assistance to end-users. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain, able to join immediately, and possess strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS) and applications
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory, email systems)
Respond to helpdesk tickets, calls, and emails in a timely manner
Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and service logs
Support LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN access, and basic network troubleshooting
Assist in system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles
Strong knowledge of:
Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365
Active Directory and user management
Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications)
Experience in corporate or enterprise environments
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
