Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager – Real Estate who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, brand development, and lead generation strategies. This role is open to qualified expatriate professionals already residing in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects (residential, commercial, and off-plan developments)
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
Oversee brand positioning, corporate identity, and project branding
Manage social media platforms, content creation, and online presence
Coordinate with sales teams to support lead conversion and property promotions
Plan and execute property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI on campaigns
Work with external agencies (media, advertising, photography, videography, PR)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to the real estate industry
Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining
Open to expatriate candidates with valid Bahrain residence or transferable visa
Strong experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management
Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, analytics platforms)
Excellent communication, branding, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with real estate developers or brokerage firms
Knowledge of Bahrain/GCC real estate market trends
Experience managing high-budget marketing campaigns
Strong portfolio of successful real estate marketing campaigns
