Responsible for overseeing all carpentry works within the factory or project site, ensuring quality standards, productivity, and safety compliance. The role includes managing carpenters, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily carpentry operations in the workshop and/or site
Assign tasks to carpenters and monitor progress against production schedules
Read and interpret drawings, designs, and specifications
Ensure all work is completed according to quality standards and client requirements
Inspect finished products for accuracy, finishing, and durability
Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and machinery
Train and guide carpenters and helpers to improve skills and efficiency
Enforce workplace safety rules and regulations
Report daily progress, issues, and manpower status to management
