We are urgently looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (FILIPINA LADY)
Position Title: Business Development Manager / Company Operator
Nationality Preference: Filipino / Filipina
Compensation: First 3 months Commission based on sales+ Visa + Car . After successful completion of 3 months you will be entitled for fixed salary .

We are looking for a driven, well-organized Filipina lady to take charge of managing the company and driving new business across all our divisions.
Role Summary:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company and bringing in profitable deals. In return, you receive a percentage of the net profit from the business you generate. A company car will be provided to help you fulfill your duties and attend meetings, site visits, and client negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage company operations, coordination, and follow-ups across all five business lines
• Identify and secure new clients and contracts in contracting, trading, property management, contract establishment, and auctions
• Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and on-site
• Report directly to the owner with performance and pipeline updates

Requirements:
• Filipina lady, currently residing in Bahrain
• Proven experience in at least two of the mentioned sectors (contracting, trading, property management, contract establishment, auctions)
• Strong management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
